Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bakery.
Plan and supervise the production of bakery items to meet daily demand.
Ensure all products are prepared according to quality and hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory of raw materials and coordinate timely procurement.
Supervise and guide bakery staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards in the production area.
Monitor stock levels of finished products and minimize wastage.
Ensure all bakery equipment is properly maintained and report any repairs required.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely product availability.
Monitor production costs and optimize resource utilization.
Handle customer complaints related to bakery products and ensure prompt resolution.
Prepare daily production, inventory, and sales reports for management.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and other food safety regulations.
Train recent employees on bakery procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.

Preferred Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Confectionery, Hotel Management, Food Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in bakery operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or in-charge role.
