Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Nagpur, focused on expanding Cop Your Drip's customer base and revenue. This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and supporting retail and online sales growth. Daily responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach through calls, visits, and digital channels, and maintaining strong communication with prospects and existing clients.

The role also includes collaborating with store and marketing teams to develop local partnerships, promotions,



and events aligned with sneaker and streetwear culture.

The Business Development

Executive will track performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide feedback on market trends to help shape business strategies.

Qualifications - Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
Strong Business and Account Management skills to manage relationships, negotiate terms, and support long-term partnerships.
Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
Knowledge of retail or fashion, especially sneaker and streetwear culture, and an interest in community-driven brands.
Ability to work in office in Nagpur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet targets in a fast-paced workplace.
Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proficiency with basic CRM tools and office software for tracking leads, preparing reports, and analyzing sales data.
