We are seeking a Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function of our EPC company (infrastructure / water supply / solar projects). The role owns the books of account, the Company's funding and banking relationships, and financial planning in a working-capital-intensive project workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Finalize books of account and financial statements as per Ind AS and Companies Act, including project-wise / percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP, retention and mobilization advances.
Prepare projections, budgets, cash flows and CMA data for banks and financial institutions.
Liaise with banks, NBFCs and FIs to secure and enhance working-capital limits (fund and non-fund based) and Bank Guarantees / LCs essential to EPC contracting.
Manage treasury,
cash flow across project sites, debt servicing and financial covenants (DSCR/LLCR/PLCR).
Oversee GST (works contract), TDS, income tax, ROC and statutory/tax audit compliance.
Drive project costing, margin control, RA-bill billing and receivable-cycle management.
Establish internal controls, MIS and management reporting; lead the finance team.
Requirements
CA (CMA/MBA-Finance a plus).
2025 years' experience, preferably in EPC / infrastructure / construction.
Robust in banking liaison, working-capital & BG/LC management, CMA and project finance.
Sound knowledge of Ind AS, GST (works contract) and contract accounting.
