We are looking to onboard seasoned sales professionals with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Recruitment & Staffing services sales in the Indian market. The positions are open at Manager and Asst Manager levels, depending on experience and proven capability.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in selling recruitment and staffing services such as:
Permanent staffing
Contract staffing
RPO / Managed hiring solutions
Project or volumebased hiring models

Strong track record of business development and client acquisition within India. Ability to engage with mid to seniorlevel stakeholders, understand hiring needs and propose appropriate recruitment solutions.Experience working with servicebased recruitment organizations is essential. Demonstrated capability in managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure and account growth.

Note:While exposure to international recruitment or global accounts can be a plus,



this role requires handson experience in selling recruitment and staffing services within the Indian market. Candidates whose experience has been predominantly limited to international recruitment sales without robust Indiafocused staffing exposure may not find this role fully aligned.
