Role Description The BAMS Doctor will provide comprehensive Ayurvedic consultations, diagnose health concerns, and design individualized treatment plans based on Panchkarma and other Ayurvedic therapies. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient examinations, explaining procedures, prescribing medicines, monitoring treatment progress, and maintaining accurate medical records. The doctor will collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure protected, effective, and ethical clinical practices, while educating patients on lifestyle, diet, and preventive care.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Meerut,



requiring consistent presence in the hospital/clinic and close interaction with patients and the clinical team.

Qualifications

Recognized BAMS degree from an accredited institution and valid registration with the relevant medical council.

Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, Panchkarma procedures, and classical Ayurvedic texts.

Clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Ability to explain complex medical information clearly and sensitively to patients and families.

Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and adherence to clinical protocols and documentation standards.

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

Basic computer literacy for electronic records and reporting; prior experience in hospital or clinic settings is an advantage.

Willingness to work in a rapid-paced environment, with flexibility in handling diverse patient needs and schedules.
