Role & responsibilities :
Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Revit.
Prepare HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing models and shop drawings.
Perform clash detection and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams using Navisworks.
Convert 2D drawings into 3D BIM models while ensuring project standards and quality
Preferred candidate profile
Candidates from Karnataka willing to relocate to Hyderabad are preferred.
25 years of experience in MEP BIM Modeling.
Proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Robust knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days' notice are preferred.
