Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using IBM DataStage 11.7
Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from multiple data sources to target systems
Work extensively with Oracle Database (19c), including query optimization and performance tuning
Develop and optimize batch workflows and scheduling using Control-M
Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Shell scripting
Support data integration solutions on Azure cloud platforms
Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
Troubleshoot ETL job failures and performance bottlenecks
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in IBM DataStage 11.7
Strong expertise in Oracle Database (19c preferred)
Positive understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling
Experience with Control-M, Jenkins, Git, and Linux/Shell scripting
Exposure to Azure cloud environment
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Preferred / Positive to Have:
Experience with Flyway for database version control
Exposure to Artifactory
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile environments Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting .
