Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to all emails and WhatsApp messages.
Liaise with relevant departments and ensure timely, accurate replies.
Track pending actions and follow up until closure.
Escalate urgent matters to management.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, etc.) to analyze communications, draft skilled responses, summaries email threads, and improve communication quality while verifying accuracy before sending.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
