Job Summary

Khethari Agritech Private Limited is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Operations Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in B2B business development, client acquisition, tender management, and project coordination. This role requires a robust business mindset, excellent networking skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term business.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B business opportunities.
Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with corporates, government departments, FPOs, NGOs, distributors, and institutional clients.
Identify suitable government and private tenders, prepare proposals, and coordinate bid submissions.
Promote the company's Agritech products, agricultural services, and technology solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Achieve business growth and revenue targets.

Preferred Skills
Strong B2B business development experience.
Tender management and proposal preparation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking and relationship management.
Ability to work independently and deliver results.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA is an added advantage.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Business Development, Project Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and expertise) Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
