We are looking for a agile Business Development Executive to drive growth across residential, commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients across corporate, commercial, hospitality, and industrial sectors.

Build robust relationships with architects, interior designers, PMC consultants, contractors, builders, and corporate clients.

Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified project opportunities.

Participate in RFQs/RFPs, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations.

Drive project-based sales from lead generation to order closure.

Achieve annual sales and order booking targets.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and identify new business opportunities.

Desired Candidate

Profile 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in Furniture & Workplace Solutions.

Strong exposure to corporate/institutional project sales.

Established network with architects, interior designers, builders, and procurement teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling high-value projects.
