Salary
Minimum Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Performance Incentives: ₹1,000 – ₹2,000 for every successful deal closure
Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Monthly Sales Target
Target Business: ₹80 Lakh – ₹90 Lakh per month
Candidates should be confident in handling high-value B2B sales and achieving monthly revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified business leads through calls, meetings, networking, and digital platforms.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales reports.
Follow up with potential clients until successful conversion.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of IT Services, Digital Marketing,



Website Development, or E-commerce solutions is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Ability to work under monthly sales targets.
