Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Career Counsellor, preferably with 1 year of experience in US staffing or technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying suitable career prospects for candidates, guiding them throughout the hiring process, and maintaining effective communication. We will provide training on US hiring processes and industry terminology.

Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential IT candidates and guide them on suitable career opportunities with our US clients.
Source profiles using job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Review resumes and conduct preliminary discussions to understand candidates skills, experience, and job expectations.
Support senior counsellors and account managers in meeting client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback between candidates and internal teams.
Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in internal systems.




Learn and apply basic US hiring concepts such as W2, C2C, 1099, and work authorizations.
Achieve daily/weekly sourcing and candidate engagement targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Preferably 1 year of experience in US staffing, recruitment, or candidate counselling.
Robust understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
Willingness to work in US shifts.
Basic knowledge of US hiring terms and work visas (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
