Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty beverages.
Greet customers, take orders, and process payments.
Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, counters, and seating areas.
Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies.
Ensure beverages meet quality and presentation standards.
Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines.
Ability to work in a quick-paced setting.
Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Teamwork and time management skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
