We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development professional for our Staffing & Recruiting division focused on Manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for generating new clients, handling recruitment service sales, maintaining client relationships, and achieving business targets across Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Manufacturing industries.
Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, references, portals, and networking.
Handle end-to-end client acquisition for staffing and recruitment services.
Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with recruitment team.
Maintain robust relationships with HRs, Plant Heads, and Hiring Managers.
Schedule client meetings through phone, virtual meetings,
or direct visits if required.
Prepare proposals, service agreements, and commercial discussions.
Follow up with clients for requirements, interviews, feedback, and payments.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Maintain recruitment and client data reports regularly.
Coordinate with internal recruiters for faster closures.

Any Degree / MBA preferred.
