We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify recent business opportunities through calls, references, online platforms, and other channels.
Connect with potential B2B customers and understand their business requirements.
Explain products/services and communicate their value effectively to prospective clients.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and closure.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of assigned leads.
Requirements
0–1 years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or related roles.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic MS Excel.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Candidates with experience in B2B e-commerce, export/import, digital platforms, or SME sales will be preferred.
