The ideal candidate will build relationships with key decision-makers, generate product specifications, and drive business growth across Gujarat.
Key Responsibilities - Promote and recommend Wacker Silicone Sealants to:
Structural Engineers
Project Management Consultants (PMCs)
Architects
Glass Façade Consultants
Glass Façade Fabricators & Manufacturers
Aluminium System Companies
Real Estate Developers & Contractors
Generate product specifications and approvals in upcoming construction projects.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site visits.
Develop solid relationships with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders.
Identify current business opportunities and convert leads into orders.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction chemicals, façade systems, sealants, adhesives, or related building materials.
Experience working with consultants, PMCs, architects, or façade contractors will be preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel across Gujarat for customer meetings and project visits.
