We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation. The ideal candidate should have solid culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities - Take ownership of a specific kitchen section (Continental)
Prepare, cook, and present dishes as per standard recipes
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Supervise and guide Commis chefs and kitchen helpers
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards (as per FSSAI guidelines)
Assist in inventory control and stock management
Ensure minimal wastage and proper utilization of ingredients
Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operations
Neapolitan Pizza Experience preferred.
