Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Opportunity Mapping
Identify high-potential industries and sectors for corporate learning and work-integrated education partnerships.
Analyze market needs in areas such as digital transformation, future skills, AI capabilities, and leadership development.
Maintain a database of corporate leads, HR/L&D; heads, and decision-makers.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Execute outreach strategies via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and qualified networks.
Build a solid and consistent pipeline through events, webinars, and thought-leadership initiatives.
Maintain structured follow-ups to convert leads to opportunities.
Client Engagement & Needs Assessment
Conduct consultative discussions with key stakeholders to understand business challenges and capability-building needs.
Map requirements to MSU's portfolio of offerings, including work-integrated degree programs and executive learning solutions.
Solution Pitching & Proposal Development
Present tailored learning solutions that align with the client's strategic goals.




Work with internal academic and product teams to co-create proposals, MoUs, pricing plans, and learning roadmaps.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead negotiations on commercial terms, deliverables, and customization.
Finalize contracts and ensure smooth documentation and transition to delivery teams.
Internal Collaboration & Coordination
Liaise with product, academic, and delivery teams to ensure successful program implementation.
Support client onboarding and resolve early-stage delivery issues, if any.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term strategic relationships with corporate partners.
Explore upselling, renewal, and current engagement opportunities based on client feedback and success stories.
Reporting & Target Tracking
Update CRM systems with accurate pipeline data.
Provide weekly/monthly reports on outreach, leads, and closures.
Track performance against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
