Role Description The Business Development Associate will work on-site in Vishakhapatnam in a full-time capacity, helping expand Edygrad’s partnerships with colleges, training providers, and businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting outreach to potential partners, and presenting Edygrad’s solutions to key decision-makers. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, gathering feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of services.

The associate will prepare business proposals, support negotiations,



and track performance metrics to optimize growth strategies. Regular collaboration with product, marketing, and operations teams will be essential to align business development efforts with organizational goals.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities, interpret data, and support strategic decision-making.
