Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and Express.js.
Develop secure, high-performance RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
Design, implement, and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
Optimize database queries and application performance for speed and scalability.
Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Ensure application security by implementing data protection, encryption, and secure coding practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve system architecture and development efficiency.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




13 years of experience in backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
Positive understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and Node.js internals.
Experience in building scalable, secure, and high-performance APIs.
Familiarity with Docker, Redis, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a cooperative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing maintainable, production-ready code.
