Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our inside sales operations and drive B2B business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience managing sales teams, improving conversion rates, handling CRM systems, and building partnerships with educational institutions and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and mentor the inside sales/admission counseling team.
Monitor daily sales activities and improve team performance.
Develop sales scripts, objection-handling techniques, and closing strategies.
Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot).
Track sales funnel metrics from Lead → Demo/Counseling → Admission → Payment.
Analyze conversion rates and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
Generate weekly and monthly MIS and sales performance reports.
Build and maintain B2B partnerships with universities, colleges, training institutes, and corporate organizations.
Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and website conversion.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Admission Sales.
Prior experience in EdTech, Education, Skill Development, or Training Industry is preferred.
Experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.
