We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. You will play a key role in promoting our software products, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound sales activities.
Connect with prospective customers via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
Coordinate with the technical and product teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in CRM.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.





Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust presentation and negotiation skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of software products, SaaS, or ERP solutions is an added advantage.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local language
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Eligibility
BBA or MBA graduates.
0 to 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relations.
Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are encouraged to apply.
