Business Development Manager (BDM)

Experience: 2–5 Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000/month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Generate leads and acquire current clients.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Coordinate with sales and telecalling teams.
Achieve monthly business targets.
Conduct client meetings and presentations.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in Banking, Finance, Insurance, Investment or Sales preferred.
Solid leadership and team management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Customer Relationship Executive / Telecaller

Experience:



1–3 Years (Freshers with excellent communication can also apply) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Attractive Incentives

Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective and existing customers via phone.
Explain financial products and services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
Follow up with customers and maintain CRM records.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
