Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing, software, and web solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales,
or Marketing (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
