Job Title: CSR (Customer Service Representative) – Insurance Office
We are looking for a dependable and organised CSR to support our insurance office.
Location: 100% REMOTE
Shift Timings : 7:00PM IST-3:00AM IST
Responsibilities:
Assist clients and answer phone calls
Handle paperwork and data entry
Support daily office tasks
Requirement:
Should have valuable communication skills and be able to speak Punjabi.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
Positive typing speed and accuracy
Customer service experience preferred
Ability to work independently and in a team
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
