We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Birsa Village Coordinators to support agricultural and rural development initiatives at the village level. The selected candidates will work closely with farmers, village communities, and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of field activities and achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor village-level agricultural and rural development activities.
Conduct regular field visits and interact with farmers and local communities.
Support the implementation of government and project-related agricultural programs.
Collect field data and maintain accurate records and reports.
Organize farmer meetings, awareness campaigns, and training programs.
Coordinate with government departments, local stakeholders, and project teams.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure timely completion of assigned targets and project activities.
Educational Qualification
B.Sc. in Agriculture or Allied Sciences (Mandatory).
Experience
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Interns with a B.Sc. in Agriculture or Allied Sciences shall be preferred for the role of Birsa Village Coordinator.
Candidates with relevant field experience in agriculture or rural development will have an added advantage.
Skills Required
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Willingness to work in rural and field locations.
Ability to interact effectively with farmers and community members.
