We're looking for a Chief AI Technology Officer (CAITO/CTO) who wants to build a category-defining company from the ground up—not just join another startup.

This is a founding team position for someone excited by ownership, innovation, and creating technology that can scale globally. You'll lead the complete technology vision and execution, including: AI-first SaaS platform architecture

Multi-agent AI systems

Enterprise-grade Agentic AI workflows

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) platforms

AI orchestration frameworks

LLM integrations

Memory and reasoning systems

AI observability and evaluation pipelines

Secure enterprise deployments

Scalable cloud infrastructure

Technology Leadership Define and execute the company's long-term technology strategy.





Own architecture decisions from MVP to enterprise scale.

Build highly scalable cloud-native AI infrastructure.

Ensure security, reliability, performance, and compliance.

Leadership

Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team.

Establish engineering best practices and coding standards.

Drive agile product delivery.

Define CI/CD, DevOps, testing, and deployment processes.

Create an engineering culture focused on innovation and speed.

Prioritize product roadmap.

Validate MVPs quickly.

Iterate using customer feedback.
