We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Manager who can represent Virkab Media, understand client requirements, pitch our 360° marketing solutions, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Roles &

Responsibilities Generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and meetings. Conduct client meetings and present Virkab Media's services professionally. Understand client objectives and recommend suitable marketing strategies. Pitch services including Influencer Marketing, Performance Marketing, Branding, Social Media Marketing, Content Production, SEO, and Website Development. Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals. Build and maintain robust relationships with clients. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.



Follow up with leads and maintain an updated sales pipeline. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Represent the company at networking events and business meetings when required.

Requirements 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Robust understanding of digital marketing and influencer marketing. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: Weekly Off Compensation Competitive Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance Incentives (Based on Experience & Performance)
