Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Executive Officer role based in the Pune Division at Nexor Robotics.

The Chief Executive

Officer will provide strategic leadership, set organizational goals, and oversee all business operations to drive sustainable growth and innovation in robotics solutions.

Responsibilities include developing and executing long-term business strategies, managing budgets and financial performance, and ensuring effective governance and compliance with relevant regulations. The role involves leading and mentoring senior leaders, fostering a high-performance and inclusive culture, and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Officer will represent the organization in key industry forums, negotiate major contracts, and make data-informed decisions to guide product development, market expansion, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly, influence stakeholders, and build cooperative relationships across diverse teams.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to oversee executive workflows,



organizational processes, and effective coordination between departments.
Experience in Customer Service, with a track record of maintaining high client satisfaction and integrating customer feedback into business strategy.
Solid Accounting and financial management skills to interpret financial reports, manage budgeting, and support data-driven strategic decisions.
Proven executive leadership experience, ideally in technology, robotics, or related industries, with responsibility for P&L; and organizational growth.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage change, and scale operations in agile, innovation-driven environments.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, supported by familiarity with performance metrics and KPIs.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent executive experience will be considered.
Commitment to ethical leadership, inclusivity, and compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety standards relevant to robotics and industrial operations.
