We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales growth, and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to achieve business targets while ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall operations and performance of the branch.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to maximize productivity.
Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze market trends.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and business partners.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer concerns.
Recruit, train, and evaluate branch staff.
Monitor branch expenses and ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Coordinate with the management team to implement business growth initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Required Qualifications
6–8 years of experience in Sales,



with at least 2–3 years in a Branch Manager or Team Leader role.
Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
