Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced CDMA/RA Project Manager with a strong background in managing IT projects within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing eTMF, Safety (Pharmacovigilance), and CRM systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering and project planning through deployment and post-production support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end implementation of eTMF, Safety (Pharmacovigilance), and CRM systems.
Lead and manage the complete SDLC, including:
Requirements gathering
Solution design
Development
Integration testing
Performance testing
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Deployment
Post-production support
Coordinate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
Develop and monitor project plans, timelines, milestones,
risks, issues, and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards.
Conduct stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Drive project execution using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Mandatory Skills and Experience
10+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
Strong experience working in the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical domain.
Hands-on experience implementing eTMF systems.
Experience with Safety/Pharmacovigilance systems.
Experience implementing or managing CRM systems.
Solid understanding of the complete end-to-end SDLC.
Experience in Integration Testing and Performance Testing.
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Robust communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies is preferred.
