About the Role

Karthika Park is looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) – Chinese Cuisine to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Chinese cuisine and the ability to efficiently manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare Chinese dishes with consistent taste and presentation.
Oversee daily kitchen operations within the assigned section.
Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene.
Ensure proper food storage and inventory management.
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
Follow standard recipes and portion control to minimize food wastage.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and service.

Requirements




Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role specializing in Chinese cuisine.
Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, sauces, wok cooking, and food presentation.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.
Commitment to maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
