Role: Business Development Executive

Location: Kattedan, Hyderabad

Type: Permanent, Full time

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage potential B2B customers across relevant industrial segments to generate recent business opportunities for aluminium foil products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively expanding the companys customer base across domestic markets.
Understand customer requirements, applications, specifications, and commercial expectations, and coordinate with internal teams to develop suitable product and commercial solutions.
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and customer discussions through quotations, negotiations, order confirmation, and post-sales follow-up.
Coordinate closely with production, planning, logistics, quality, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and resolution of customer requirements.
Track sales enquiries, customer interactions, order status, and business opportunities and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Participate in customer meetings, site visits,



trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads, strengthen relationships, and enhance business opportunities.
Support the sales team in achieving revenue and business development targets through effective lead generation, follow-up, customer engagement, and sales coordination.

Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, business development, industrial sales, or a similar customer-facing commercial role.
Candidates from diverse B2B and industrial sectors are welcome; experience in packaging, films, paper, aluminium, plastics, manufacturing, or other industrial products will be an added advantage.
Commercially oriented with good negotiation, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, business development activities, and market visits as required.
