Facility Upkeep: Maintain the highest standards of absolute clinical hygiene, safety, and equipment calibration.

Business Development &
Financials
P&L; Management: Track daily cash flows, minimize operational expenses, and ensure strict adherence to set budgets.
B2B Doctor Engagement: Build relations with nearby hospitals, independent clinics, and doctors to increase referral footprints.
Promotional Growth: Coordinate community health camps, launch preventative health packages, and drive local marketing efforts.

Staff Management: Train,



supervise, and assign shift duties for receptionists, phlebotomists, lab technicians, and admin staff.
Roster Control: Manage daily attendance records, leave tracking, and overall human resources compliance.
Culture: Foster a cooperative, positive workplace culture centered around patient priority and qualified accountability.

Supply Chain
Inventory Control: Audit and order lab reagents, medical kits, and general stationaries to prevent stock-outs.
Regulatory Compliance: Align clinical practices with local state laws, biomedical waste disposal acts, and clinical establishment protocols.
Head Office Liaison: Act as the single local focal point for upper management reporting, vendor contracts, and medical legal cases.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
