Brand and Marketing Manager at Karespot Experience: 2–4 years | Type: Full time, in office | Joining: Immediate The role Own how Karespot shows up in the market: brand, messaging, and the campaigns that drive growth. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a demanding, fast-moving workplace. You'll build the playbook, not inherit one.

Responsibilities - Own brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns end to end across Meta, Google, and other paid channels
Track and optimise CAC, ROAS, CTR, and funnel conversion, with weekly reporting to leadership
Manage the content calendar across social, blog, and email, along with supporting freelancers and agencies
Drive organic growth through partnerships, community,



and collaborations
Turn campaign and customer data into actionable insights Requirements - 2 to 4 years in brand and performance marketing
Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and GA4
Strong writer with sharp visual judgement
Comfortable working under pressure with tight timelines and shifting priorities
