Business Development Executive Location: Koramangala, Bangalore Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers & Experienced Candidates) Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site) Shift: Evening (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM / 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) About The Role We are looking for confident, ambitious, and result-oriented individuals to join our International Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities, engaging with international clients, and promoting conferences and business solutions. Generate recent business leads through outbound calls and client outreach. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable conference and training solutions. Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Research potential delegates and business opportunities. Achieve individual sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client engagement.





Represent the organization professionally while interacting with global clients.

Required Skills Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Sales-driven mindset with a willingness to learn. Good business acumen and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment. Prior sales or business development experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.

Undergraduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream / Any Specialization) Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
