This role demands solid technical expertise in skin & hair services, sales orientation, and team leadership to ensure client delight and business growth.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth - Achieve Beauty, Derma & Product sales targets.
Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Customer

Excellence - Maintain NPS > 90% with high service standards.
Conduct client consultations and resolve concerns.
Ensure timely package execution and follow-ups. Operations & Compliance - Maintain SOP adherence,



hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
Track product consumption and manage stock effectively.
Ensure accurate documentation and system entries. Team Leadership - Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team.
Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance.
Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances. Collaboration - Partner with Slimming Head, Derma team, and Marketing/BTL for cross-functional growth and activations.
