Ideal Candidate Profile

Approximately 12–20 years of relevant experience, with meaningful senior ownership of business operations. Potential current titles may include Head of Business Operations, Director of Operations, Business Operations Lead, Chief of Staff or COO Office Lead. Title is secondary to demonstrated evidence of building systems, managing cross-functional execution, improving operations and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

· Own company-wide business operations and cross-functional execution.

· Translate leadership priorities into owners, timelines, KPIs and outcomes.

· Drive execution across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Fulfilment and other functions.

· Run effective weekly and monthly business reviews and ensure action closure.

· Build, implement and continuously improve SOPs and operating processes.

· Identify bottlenecks, recurring failures and productivity gaps and drive corrective action.

· Establish department KPIs, dashboards and management reporting.

· Improve resource utilisation, operating efficiency and accountability.

· Drive process automation, workflow improvements and system implementation.

· Establish transparent decision rights and escalation mechanisms.

· Support vendor,



procurement and cost optimisation initiatives where required.

· Build scalable operating structures capable of supporting significant business growth.

· Support major strategic initiatives and expansion projects.

Must-Have Experience

· Significant experience in Business Operations or Cross-Functional Operations.

· Experience working directly with founders, CEOs or senior leadership.

· Experience managing multiple functions, department heads or complex cross-functional initiatives.

· Robust capability in KPIs, SOPs, process improvement and operating reviews.

· Demonstrated experience personally driving operational problems through to resolution.

· Experience implementing systems, automation or workflow improvements.

· Strong stakeholder and people management capability.

· Data-driven decision making and comfort operating in rapid-changing environments.

· Experience in FMCG, D2C, consumer products, retail, e-commerce, nutrition/wellness or fast-scaling businesses is preferred.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
