Role & responsibilities

Lead nursing leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence and skilled growth.

Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.

Monitoring infection control protocols, safety targets, and care outcomes.

Develop and update nursing policies, ensuring evidence-based practices

Drive nursing quality initiatives, monitoring metrics and implementing improvements

Partner with other departments to enhance patient care and hospital performance

Lead accreditation efforts (e.g., JCI, NABH, ACHSE) and ensure nursing compliance.

Resolving operational issues and patient care complaints within units.

Organizing orientation programs and continuous career development for nurses.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience, such as Director of Nursing or Associate CNO.

Proven track record in regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and operational leadership

Solid change management, financial planning, and interdisciplinary communication skill
