We are looking for an experienced Centre Manager to oversee sales, operations, administration, and team management at our hair transplantation clinic. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, experience in sales and marketing, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Lead and motivate the sales and operations team.
Plan and execute marketing initiatives.
Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service.
Coordinate with clients and marketing teams.
Manage daily centre operations.
Monitor employee performance and training needs.
Prepare reports and review business performance with management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Centre Management or Sales.
Experience in the IT training industry is preferred.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage operations independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹47,107.01 per month
