Experience: Minimum 10 years in FMCG/Personal Care operations Key Responsibilities:
Lead end‑to‑end operations: manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, customer fulfillment.
Drive customer service KPIs: Fill Rate, OTIF, and inventory accuracy.
Oversee demand planning with close coordination between manufacturing units and sales.
Ensure manufacturing excellence: process optimization, compliance (ISO, GMP), and productivity improvement.
Own cost and efficiency initiatives with direct impact on P&L.;
Provide solid people leadership, managing large teams and cross‑functional collaboration.
