What You'll Do
Drive current client acquisition and achieve revenue targets.
Sell Employee Background Verification, Vendor Due Diligence, Digital KYC, and HR Risk & Compliance solutions.
Build and manage relationships with HR and business decision-makers across industries.
Own the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and solution presentations to negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with operations and customer success teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
What We're Looking For
38 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Employee Background Verification ( sales is preferred.
Experience selling HRTech, Recruitment, Compliance, or SaaS solutions is an advantage.
Robust consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
