Project Description: Support clients in the operation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cerner EHR environments. Responsibilities
Focus: Design, build, validation, and production support
Provide L2 production support for Oracle Cerner
Troubleshoot production issues
Resolve incidents within SLA while ensuring patient safety and data accuracy
