Develop garment CADs, technical sketches, and mock-ups based on customer requirements and sportswear brand guidelines.
Prepare artwork placements, colorways, size specifications, and print layouts.
Coordinate with the Pattern Master to ensure design feasibility, fit, construction details, and production requirements.
Modify and update CADs based on buyer comments and sample feedback.
Create tech packs with garment measurements, trims, stitching details, branding, and printing specifications.
Ensure all designs comply with quality standards and brand identity.
Work closely with the Merchandising and Sampling teams to meet development timelines.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of all design files.
Support product development from concept through final production.
