We are looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant (Veterinary) to support livestock and animal husbandry-related programs. The candidate will provide technical guidance, monitor field activities, and coordinate with government departments, stakeholders, and field teams to ensure successful implementation of project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for livestock and animal health programs.
Coordinate with government departments, veterinarians, and field staff.
Conduct field visits to monitor project implementation.
Support animal health awareness, vaccination, and disease prevention activities.
Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates.
Collect and analyze field data related to livestock development.
Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Assist in training and capacity-building programs for field teams and beneficiaries.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Bachelor in Veterinary Science (B.V.Sc. & A.H.) (Mandatory)
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
Central/State Government Ministries or Departments
Non-Profit Organizations (NGOs)
Corporate Organizations
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of animal health and livestock management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Report writing and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for field visits.
