This is a field-based sales role that requires regular client meetings, property site visits, lead follow-ups, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries.
Contact prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial and industrial properties.
Schedule and conduct property site visits.
Meet clients at project locations and office.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Update lead details in CRM and maintain sales records.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and frequent local travel.
Ability to work in a target-driven setting.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is preferred.
Real estate sales experience is an advantage;
freshers with excellentcommunication skills are also welcome to apply.
