Kohinoor Floors is looking for a responsible, well-presented, and customer-friendly Customer Support & Field Executive to assist with customer interactions and office-related field work. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling customers, maintaining records, and traveling locally to banks, offices, and customer locations whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
Attend to walk-in customers and provide courteous assistance.
Handle customer enquiries regarding products, orders, and services.
Coordinate with the office team regarding customer requirements.
Visit banks for cheque deposits, collections, and other banking work.
Deliver and collect documents, agreements, invoices, and other official papers from customers, vendors, and government offices as required.
Assist with basic office administration and filing.
Maintain records of customer interactions and field visits.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned field tasks.
Represent the company professionally during customer visits.
Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary or above.
Positive communication skills in Malayalam. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, WhatsApp, etc.).
Honest, punctual, and well-organized.
Ability to interact politely with customers.
Mandatory Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler.
Must possess a valid driving licence.
Should be willing to travel locally on a daily basis for official work.
Compensation
Salary: ₹10,000 per month.
Petrol allowance for official travel.
Performance-based incentives.
Incentives also include meal allowance and fuel reimbursement.
