Role Description The Customer Service Representative role at Casence is a full time, in office position located in Rohini. In this role, the representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, providing transparent and helpful information about products, orders, and policies.

Day-to-day responsibilities include resolving complaints, processing returns and exchanges, tracking shipments, and ensuring customers receive timely updates. The representative will document interactions, identify recurring issues,



and share feedback with the operations and product teams to improve customer experience. This role also involves maintaining accurate records, following standard operating procedures, and representing the brand with a professional, customer-centric approach.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
Ability to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction through problem resolution and clear communication.
Experience in delivering a high-quality Customer Experience, ideally in retail, e-commerce, or consumer products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
Comfort using CRM tools, order management systems, and basic office software.
Proactive attitude, patience, and the ability to manage high volumes of interactions calmly and efficiently.
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is an advantage.
