Assist in supervising day-to-day civil construction/maintenance work within hospital premises (buildings, wards, OPD blocks, etc.)
Monitor ongoing minor civil repair and renovation works, ensuring quality and timely completion
Prepare basic site reports, measurement sheets, and material requirement estimates
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance staff for civil-related tasks
Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital infrastructure guidelines
Support senior engineers/facility manager in planning small-scale expansion or renovation projects
Conduct routine inspection of building structures (walls, flooring, roofing, drainage, etc.) and report issues
Maintain records of civil work completed, pending, and materials used
Assist in preparing basic drawings/layouts using AutoCAD (if required)
Ensure adherence to timelines and budget for assigned civil tasks
Coordinate with biomedical/electrical teams for integrated infrastructure work.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
0–2 years experience (freshers can apply)
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site supervision
Positive communication and coordination skills
Willingness to work in office in a hospital environment
