Job SummaryWe are seeking an energetic, self-reliant, and multi-tasking Commis / Cook to join our team.

In this role, you will be independently managing end-to-end food preparation for North Indian menu items (specifically Dal, Chawal, Sabzi, and regional dishes), managing order execution, packing for takeaway, and coordinating online orders via food delivery platforms like Zomato and Swiggy.

Key Responsibilities Food Preparation &
Cooking: Prepare daily mis en place (cutting, chopping, and ingredient prep) independently.

Cook North

Indian dishes as per standard recipes and order specifications, primarily focusing on Dal, Chawal, Subzi/Vegetable dishes, and Puris . Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.

Order

Management &
Kitchen Operations: Efficiently execute live orders for dine-in/takeaway and online delivery platforms ( Zomato &
Swiggy ). Handle order dispatch, ensuring food is packed neatly, securely, and accurately on time.



Monitor order status on delivery Merchant Apps/POS terminals. Hygiene &
Food Safety: Maintain clean, organized, and hygienic work stations adhering to food safety standards (SOPs &
HACCP basics). Inspect ingredients for freshness and properly store food items to prevent wastage or spoilage.

Candidate

Requirements &

Qualifications Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on cooking experience in North Indian cuisine (Quick Service Restaurants, Cloud Kitchens, or Cafes preferred). Freshers with strong culinary background/training may also apply.

Education: Minimum 10th pass / Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts or Catering Technology is a plus.

Skills Required: Proficiency in North Indian Cuisine &
Indian Spices Knowledge . Hand-eye coordination for quick order assembly and packing. Basic familiarity with using smartphone applications (handling Zomato/Swiggy merchant apps). Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
